Introducing the NEW MegaDroid Forex Trading Robot
This
little robot doesn't actually trade very often, but it trades well. I am VERY
impressed with the results of both backtesting and live trading so far and you will be too!
While backtesting can only give us an idea of performance and is not
fully exact (because of errors in data etc), even results
half as good as the backtesting results show would make us money.
My live account has increased dramatically since I started trading MegaDroid. See that statement here. The Eur/USD trades are MegaDroid and the other pairs are FAPTurbo, another excellent robot if you have my "magic" settings.
Below is the back test report I did. I tested from Jan 2001 to April
2009, so it covers a full range of market conditions. I used IBFX
because their server time is always GMT so there are no adjustments for
daylight savings time, which can skew the robot's results.
The robot will trade your account at a percentage risk level... so you
can set it to risk 1% of your account on each trade (including stop
loss) or 10% or even 50% if you are a daring soul! But what this
does when testing over a long period is make your account balance climb
into 6-8 figures, which is nice to see, but frankly, how many of us
would let our accounts climb so high that we are risking 100k on each
trade?
So although in live trading I use the percentage function for my
risk level, for testing I used the fixed lot size. This is so we can
see what the average win and average loss was, as well as largest win
and largest loss and largest drawdown over this entire period. I used
.1 lot, which is $1 per pip. If it were a micro account, it would be 10
cents per pip. Make sure to move the decimal on these results if you
are used to using $10 per pip or 10 cents per pip to understand what
your own experience would be.
What do these back test results mean in plain language?
Simply that in over 8 years, which covers all market conditions since the euro was born, the robot won 91% of the time!
Plus, the robot's average run of losses is 1, meaning that most of the time, after a losing trade, it goes on to win an average of 12 times and up to 77 times in a row. It lost 2 times in a row only a handful of times and lost three times in a row only ONCE, in 8 years.
It also shows that the maximum amount of drawdown (this is when a trade is in the negative before the trade turns around into profit or hits stop/loss) was $216. In 8 years, that was the highest amount of drawdown (this is excellent!)

Here is a step by step instruction list to purchasing your robot(s), setting up a remote access server (which you will need for two reasons: one, so I can help you with the set up or any technical problems you are having thru remote access and two: so that your trading platform is running 24/7, safe from any electrical or internet outages, cats jumping on keyboards, children pushing the wrong button at the wrong moment, etc.)
I also recommend using FXOpen
as an easy broker to get verified at and funded, as well as ease of
depositing and withdrawals. And with their low fixed spreads, the

Step by Step: How to Set Up Trading on your remote server
1. Purchase MegaDroid here.
1b. Also optional, but HIGHLY recommended, to understand the tweaked Mega settings that create more trades/more wins, purchase ADVANCED DROID TACTICS. Please
note that you will need these settings if you do your own set up, but
if I do the set up for you, no need to purchase unless you want the
explanation for your own information.
4. Purchase your VPS "Starter Desktop" remote access ($35 a month) here.
(When they ask for a domain name during the process, just click SKIP THIS STEP)
5. Open a LIVE TRADING account at FXOpen Standard
Account, 1:500 leverage. You can start for as little as $125 and you
will get a $25 sign up bonus as well as a $100 bonus after trading 10
lots total.
6. You will need to install Remote Desktop Connector
on your computer if you don't already have it under ACCESSORIES in your
computer's programs list. Check and see if it is pre-installed. Otherwise you'll need to download it here. (If you use a mac, download it here.)
Once you have it installed (or found it in your existing programs), you log into your VPS account using Remote Desktop Connector.
This will give you access to your server, where your forex platform is
going to be running 24/7. This is like having a second PC that you
access with your regular PC.
To log in, see Step 9 below on how to log into your server (or "Little PC" as I call it).

At this point, if you don't even want to TRY getting this set up
yourself, I will load everything up on your personal server, install
the platform and the robot(s) and adjust the settings for you, no charge. Please contact me here.

If you want to TRY getting this set up yourself, and I recommend you do
so that you understand better what the system actually is and how it
works, please do the following. This is the exact order of things I do
to get things set up:
9. Log into your VPS "little PC " using
Remote Desktop Connector, which is already located in your windows
programs under ACCESSORIES. Use the information from your ForexVPS
email (You get a few when you sign up, the one you look for has subject
line: ForexVPS Account Information) to connect:

10. Now you are working in your VPS, or "little PC" window!
10a.
If the screen size takes up your whole screen, close the connection and
go to OPTIONS in the Remote Desktop Connector menu and reduce the
screen size so you have the "Little PC" and can still see your regular
desktop. Reconnect.
11.
Click on Explorer and download Firefox from Mozilla.com. Add each site
you use below to your bookmark toolbar for easy access whenever a
version update is released by the robot makers.
12.
Still working in your VPS, or "little PC" window for this step: With
firefox, download your Trading Platform here.
13. Still in your VPS, go to the download page of MegaDroid and download the ZIP file with the manual and the robot files you need.
14. Go to your FapTurbo Member's area, log in and download the FAPTurbo auto installer.
15.
Go to your ForexBling back office and download the product package. We
will only be using 2 of the robots that come with the package, not all
of them.
16. Follow the steps in the manuals. MegaDroid has it all very simply explained with images, very easy to install. Just remember you are using your VPS server as if it were your own PC. It works just the same way.
